From her first block, it was clear that Carolina had a special talent for creativity. But also, more importantly in her role as Director, a wonderful ability to communicate with every member of the crew, fostering a sense of belonging to the project. Her in depth work with the actors, from the very start, meant she gained their trust and respect enabling each performance to flourish. Her dedication and energy shone through; she is certainly someone to watch!"

"Carolina tackled the challenge of her first block of Casualty with energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to collaborate.  Her visual ambition for the episodes was extremely high, and she also cultured great working and creative relationships with all the cast and crew.  She was a fantastic addition to the team, and really made her episodes her own."
Erika Hossington – Executive Producer BBC Casualty

"Carolina’s directorial contribution to a number of projects we’ve worked together on, has been instrumental to their multi-platform and film festival success.  She is always aspirational in the kit and crew she selects.  She is never complacent and embraces the challenges of filmmaking with energy and dynamism adapting effortlessly to a last minute change in location or cast.  Her stuanch optimism in and commitment to each of her projects is astounding.  She intuitively nurtures and creates, not only in terms of her Director’s vision but also in the way she communicates with cast and crew."
